A complete lead or lead alloy line weight or net sinker of Medieval to Post Medieval dating (AD 1500 to AD 1800). The weight is a oval shape with parallel lines on rear and a deep ridge on front. A sub circular hole is present at the top for suspension. This has an internal diameter of 7.0 mm. The loop has been bent out of shape, and is now at right angles to the body of the weight. It measures 48.6 mm in length, 19.7 mm wide and 11.9 mm thick. It weighs 59 g.  The weight is a light to mid grey colour, with an even surface patina.

This measures 5.4 mm wide by 10.1 mm long. The base is rhomboid or diamond shaped, with cross hatched decoration on each face. The weight terminated with a blunt point. It measures 62.4 mm in length, 16.6 mm wide and 14.0 mm thick. It weighs 49.9 g (1.76 oz). The weight is a mid to light grey to white colour, with an even surface patina.
