A copper alloy die stamp for making pressblech foils, dating to the Early Medieval period (c.AD 550-700). The object is rectangular with rounded corners. The central design consists of double-strand interlaced knot designs which conform to interlace Style II or Schlaufenornamentik decoration without zoomorphic elements. This is placed within a border that has circular annulets in each corner then a repeating pattern around the circumference of linear ribs. The spearhead is broadly sub-triangular in plan with a sub-oval/leaf-shaped blade, with a pronounced mid-rib on both faces. The mid-rib widens from the tip of the spearhead into the socket of the spear. A complete copper alloy composite strap end with forked spacer datng to the Medieval period (c. AD 1250-1450). The object is tongue-shaped in plan with a rounded knop at the centre of the lower edge and a double-notch forming a W-shaped upper edge. The two separate plates of the strap end are riveted around a forked spacer in between. There are three rivets for attachement: one at the centre of the lower edge and two at the opposing side, that would have attached the object to the strap. A Medieval silver penny probably of Edward I (AD 1272-1307). Uncertain class, possibly Durham mint. The obverse of the coin is extremley worn and has a number of scratches running off-centre. The coin is chipped around the edge and also appears to have been bent into a slight S-shape.  Overall dimensions: 17.70mm in diameter, 0.65mm in thickness and 1.18g in weight.

An incomplete copper alloy Colchester Derivative brooch dating to the Roman period (C. AD 65-125). The brooch consists of the head and partial bow, all other features are now missing. The head of the bow retains the wings though the right hand wing is less complete than the left. An incomplete copper alloy rowel from a spur dating to the late Medieval period (c. AD 1350-1400). The object is sub-circular in form and consists of a central circular section with a drilled hole for attachment to the spur. From the central circle the teeth radiate out and taper to rounded points. The teeth are defined on the central circular section by incised grooves. Nine out of the sixteen teeth remain in situ. Post Medieval trade token, but the details cannot be identified. Trade tokens were issued between 1648 and 1672 at a time when there was little low denomination coinage being issued by the crown. As a result traders and business proprietors began issuing tokens as an alternate coinage with equivalent denominations of a farthing, half penny or penny. Such trade tokens rarely travel far from their place of issue and provide an insight to the trade of the time. The reverse depicts two Legionary Standards, with a Legionary eagle between them. These coins were struck by Mark Antony for the use of his fleet and legions when he was preparing for the struggle with Octavius, which culminated in the Battle of Actium on the 2nd of September, 31 BC (Grueber, 1970, 526).
