A Roman silver coin: A Republican legionary denarius of Mark Antony dating from 32 - 31 BC (Reece period 1), reverse type depicting an aquila between two standards, LEG XV below. Military mint. The coin is broken into two pieces; the largest piece is 17.6mm long, 109mm wide, 1.5mm thick and weighs 1.73g.  The smaller piece is 16.7mm long, 8.8mm wide, 1.2mm thick and weighs 0.89g.  The break is not abraded and the two pieces form a complete coin. Reference RRC, page 540, number 544/30.
