A cast copper-alloy fragment of a post medieval purse bar arm consisting of a globular head (c. 10mm diameter and 12.7mm long) and part of the shaft. The head is decorated with five deeply moulded spiraling grooves (or wrythen). The bar is circular in cross-section at the head and flattens towards a break around 40mm from the head. This purse bar is cf. William's (2018) Class J. See also SWYOR-00985A, BH-F74403 and particularly IOW-4CC504 for a more complete example of this type, with similar dimensions and patina.

A cast copper alloy object, possibly a strap end of medieval date. The object is 32.1mm in length and tapers from a trapezoidal rear end with rectangular cross section through a bevelled section with trapezoidal section to a broken terminal which has small flanking lobes and may have been zoomorphic in form. There is a single remaining rivet hole at the rear end which has traces of a rusted iron rivet. The rear portion has a worn incised linear border with transverse lines at the rear end. The reverse is flat with a patch of iron concretion at the front end.

A copper alloy finger ring, 20.5mm in diameter. The bezel comprises a flat facet, 6.8mm wide, which has two facetted shoulders, each with a pointed leaf-shaped moulding running down into the hoop. The bezel and shoulders have borders of rocker-arm style decoration. The hoop tapers to 3.1mm wide at the rear. Similar decoration can be seen on SOMDOR-700353 and SWYOR-BAA7C5 which are both described as medieval (12th century); however a later date cannot be ruled out.

A lead alloy discoidal mount, 32.5mm in diameter, with a flat circular boss of 12mm diameter, surrounded by a decorative border of rosettes and leaves which is moulded in high relief. The reverse is flat with a central scar from a single fixing shank, suggesting that this is most likely a furniture mount.

An incomplete copper alloy Roman brooch of Hod Hill type (Cf. Mackreth 2011, Chapter 6, Part 2 Hod Hill 4.a.2, Plate 92), dating to AD 43 - AD 75. The brooch is 25.7mm in length and the upper portion of the bow has a narrow tapering rectangular plate, with three raised ridges. There are a flanking pair of collared knops at the midpoint of the bow, below which a moulded ridged collar bounds the tapering triangular foot, on the underside of which is a long catchplate. The head, hinge and pin are missing.

An incomplete Roman cast copper alloy and enamel disc brooch dating to the second century AD. The brooch is 20.6mm in diameter and decorated with a sexfoil design with a central pellet surrounded by six pellets conjoined by arcuate lines.
