A fragment of a copper alloy Roman bracelet, c. 4th century AD. The fragment is from a narrow strip bracelet, rectangular in cross-section and decorated on the outside face with regular transverse grooves of which nine survive, as Swift Type a2 (2000: p. 81; fig. 156).

A complete silver seal matrix dating from the post-medieval period, c. AD 1600-1700.
The seal matrix is a faceted pedestal type with a suspension loop. At the top of the pedestal is a trefoil openwork handle, with drop-shaped loops. The central loop is largest and sits above two equal loops to the left and right. There is a small knop at the top of the central loop, and small protrusions at the base of each of the side loops. A cast copper alloy dagger pommel of likely late or post-medieval date (1400-1700). The pommel is a rounded sub-trapizoidal in shape and hollow. The socket is oval (9.86mm) from which the sides flare out before rounding with a smaller hole (4.77mm) at the opposite end. On each side there is a central groove from which two other grooves eminate from the socket either side, giving a feather effect. Similar to Oakeshott type T.

An incomplete copper alloy pin of probable Roman to Early Medieval date, c.AD 43-900.
The pin has a conical head, no collar, and a thin shaft. It is undecorated, but fairly worn and the shaft terminates in a worn break.
Measurements: the pin measures 39.02mm in length, 10.39mm in diameter at the top of the head, 3.93mm in diameter at the shaft. The weight of the pin is 4.01g.
Similar styles are seen in Crummy (1983) pg 29.

An incomplete Roman copper-alloy devolved T-shaped brooch of Hull T138 dating to the late first to second century AD, incomplete as the pin and headloop are missing and there is a worn break about halfway down the bow. The head has two short cylindrical wings, 26.99mm wide, to hold the axis bar for the hinged pin. Both ends of the wings are abraded. Emerging from the centre of the head is protrusion, possible once a headloop. There is iron corrosion, likely the remains of the pin.
