A copper-alloy mount of uncertain date. It is symmetrical, formed of a sub-rectangular central plate with rounded triangular protrusions at each short end. It is thin, flat, and plain on both surfaces. The long sides both feature a semicircular cutout centrally. At the ends of the triangular protrusions is a small perforation for attachment; one of the holes has abraded through. The object has a dark-green patina where it survives but is otherwise corroded and lighter.

Cast copper alloy ram's head, probably a mount. There is a prominent groove running from the ram's forehead to its nose. Two curling horns sit slightly away from the head on either side. There is a triangular shaped break sitting to the rear and slightly below the head. This suggests that the object has broken away from something larger. Parallels can be seen with PAS record LON-B47821, which was identified as the handle from a patera of Roman date. The ram's head terminal of the handle is very similar in form to this object. However, the position of the break on this one suggests that…

An incomplete mount of uncertain type, possibly Roman in date c. AD 43-402 consisting of a flat plate and an integral rivet. The plate is rectangular/flat in cross section. It survives as two rounded lobes, each being slightly larger than 1/4 of a circle. They meet each other along one of their straight edges. At this point the plate is slightly bent inwards leaving a channel between the two lobes. The reverse of the plate is slightly higher at this point as a result although it is otherwise plain. The plate is broken where each lobe's second straight edge might have been. This is …

A Roman, cast, copper-alloy vessel mount or tripod mount in the form of the bust of a young Nero probably dating to AD 49 to 60. The object appears to be solid with an integral attachment at the back. The bust is shown wearing a cloak over both shoulders. This projects slightly forward from the breast in the centre of the front in what appears to be a plain downwards fold suggesting the cloak is joined by a brooch or with a knot. On similar items it has been suggested this represents a bulla (an amulet worn by Roman boys) but on this better preserved example it appears D or oval sh…

A possible cast lead alloy mount of probable early post-medieval date. The flat circular mount measures 32.2mm in diameter by 2.6mm thick and weighs 10g. The mount has a cusped edge formed from moulded ring-and-dots and a central motif surrounded by a plain circular border. The motif is difficult to distinguish because of wear and damage. However, it may be a bird with wings spread. The disc has been perforated off-centre, as if to be worn as a pendant. This is quite rough and does not correspond with the top of the motif, so it is probably a later alteration.
