Mint of Rome. This coin is possibly a quinarius with a broad flan rather than a denarius given the combination of bust type, legends, and weight. For similar quinarii cf. RIC II, p. 268, no. 351; Woytek (MIR 14, 2010) no. 522.

The coin is broken into two pieces, one weighs 1.74 g and the other 1.23g. The break is old with a similar patination on the broken faces as the surface of the coin.
