A Medieval copper alloy French Jetton, probably dating to c. AD 1385-1422. Crown type, with the obverse depicting a crown with three rosettes on the band, with pellets between the central and side fleurs. The reverse a triple-stranded cross flory with a quatrefoil at the centre, within a double-stranded four arched tressure with large floral cusps. cf. Mernick & Algar (2001) nos. 65-81.

Unclear shield on obverse, probaby Shield of France, and reverse depicting a triple-stranded cross fleury with a quatrefoil at its centre and within a four-arched tressure. Details unclear but the angular flowers on the inner points of the tressure suggest Tournai.

A medieval late Tournai copper-alloy jetton of Shield of France modern type, ficticious legend + DVR DVR DVR [...]DRVMIRI, AD 1415-c. 1497. Not paralleled in Mitchiner (1988). The jetton is slightly dished with the obverse concave and reverse convex. It has been pierced in four places with small (1.4mm diameter) circular holes 3.0 to 4.7mm from the edge, each aligned roughly with one of the fluer de lis terminals of the revse cross so they are arranged in a square.
