This is a coin of British Association, struck in Rome for issue in Britain - 39 specimens were found in the Sacred Spring in Bath (As Walker, 1988: p. 291, nos. 1-39, pl. XXXI).

Similar to another coin of this type recorded on the database (BH-751725, though it is a variant lacking the cornucopiae), on the left side of the reverse there is a large bulge on the surface of the silver. Sam Moorhead & Richard Abdy examined the above coin and noted:
