A piece of post medieval ceramic kiln furniture dating to the period c. AD 1600 - 1800. The fragment comprises a piece of a tile setter or tile rack. It exhibits a series of incomplete parallel projections on both sides which would have held high quality tiles in place during the firing process. The fabric is a buff-red colour and exhibits occasional white silicaceous inclusions. The artefact most likely derives from the Dunster Warren brickworks. A fragment of probable ceramic kiln furniture of medieval or post medieval date. The fragment measures 70mm by 59mm by 27mm and weighs 118g. On the broken edges there are at least two former perforations which extended widthways through the block.

A possible piece of ceramic kiln furniture of unknown date. The fabric is an oxidised mid-orange with a slightly less oxidised buff-coloured core and patchily reduced mid-grey surfaces. The fabric is fairly fine with moderate fine sand and sparse iron oxide. Dimensions: 59.9mm by 39.7mm by 19.1mm Weight: 67g
