Roman silver contemporary copy of siliqua of Julian as Augustus, dating to c. AD 360 to 363 (Reece period 18). VOTIS V MVLTIS X reverse type depicting the legend within a wreath. Prototype from mint of Trier. Cf. RIC VIII p. 168 no. 365 var, Hoxne 135 var. The very narrow bust while not unknown is unusual for these coins and in combination with the variant and mis-spelled obverse legend suggests it is a contemporary copy. The coin is also lighter than average (based on the values form Hoxne) although they do vary.
