A cast copper alloy button of post-medieval date. The plano-convex button measures 14.6mm in diameter by 7.7mm in thickness and weighs 2.5g. The front of the button has moulded decoration comprising a double linear border, which surrounds a central domed section, which is decorated with a moulded sun motif with a central sub-circular knop. The back is flat and just off-centre is the stub of an integrally cast loop.

An incomplete cast copper signet finger ring of post-medieval date. The suviving part measures 23mm by 16.5mm by 2.1mm and weighs 2.1g. The ring has been cast in one piece with a flat oval bezel, which measures 14.3mm by 10.3mm. The shoulders of the loop expand into the bezel. Two faint initials have been incised onto the front of the bezel so that it can be used as a seal matrix. These are not easily distinguishable, but are possibly D and E.

A cast copper alloy dress fastener hook piece of post-medieval date. The fastener measures 33.6mm by 16.8mm by 2.2mm and weighs 4g. It has an teardrop-shaped plate with a trapezoidal loop at one end. At the other end there is a small projecting circular loop and there are two further circular loops on each side of the plate, adjacent to the trapezoidal hook. The small holes may have been used for attachment to cloth. The front of the plate has a bevelled edge and traces of silvering or tinning.

An incomplete cast copper alloy T-shape brooch of early Roman date. The surviving portion measures 17.3mm by 15.6mm by 5.9mm and weighs 2.7g. The incomplete cylindrical wings conceal the axis bar for the missing hinged pin. The bow is initially straight, then curves downwards. On the front at the point of this change in angle there is a circular boss with a faint stamped cross-shape. The bow has broken about 5mm below this. There are two recessed vertical linears on this section. The back is slightly hollowed.

An incomplete cast copper alloy one-piece Colchester brooch of early Roman date. The surviving portion measures 61.2mm by 26.5mm by 3.4mm and weighs 7.3g. One side of the wings survives, but the spring mechanism and pin are missing. The bow narrows towards the pointed foot, which has a flat semi-circular catchplate on the reverse. There are two pairs of recessed vertical linears on the front of the brooch. Between these, at the top of the bow, there is a small slightly domed circular boss. The back is hollowed.

Seventeen sherds of grey ware pottery of Roman date. Four of the sherds are rim sherds and the other thirteen are body sherds. Three of the rim sherds are everted and are probably from jars and the other is plain and may be from a bowl. Most of the sherds are a reduced light to mid grey, however, two are a more oxidised buff colour, with one reduced surface and one has reduced surfaces and a reduced core which is surrounded by oxidation.
