A cast copper alloy stud of probable sixteenth century date. The one-piece stud measures 21.3mm by 20.5mm by 2.4mm and weighs 3.4g. The terminals are in the form of fleurs-de-lis and in the centre is a flower. The back is flat and the front is convex. The stud has a square cross section and has been bent sideways. There are faint traces of silvering or tinning on the front of the stud. A broadly similar stud can be seen in Read's History Beneath our Feet (1995, pp. 115-6, no. 742).

An incomplete cast copper alloy strap fitting of probable late fifteenth to sixteenth century date. The fitting measures 28.8mm by 13.7mm by 2.3mm and weighs 3.9g. It consists of a sub-rectangular plate with a shallow pointed identation at the wider end. The other end is broken, but it would have terminated in a backwards curving hook, which would have held a cast copper alloy ring. An incomplete cast copper alloy plate brooch of Roman date. The oval brooch measures 30mm by 25.2mm by 2.4mm and weighs 7.2g. The front of the brooch is divided into two recessed sections: a central oval and an outer border. There are traces of red enamel in the border. The central recess is empty. The back is flat and undecorated. At one end is the hinge, which contains iron corrosion, presumably all that survives of the pin, and at the other end is the stub of the catchplate.
