A flint hollow scraper of probable Neolithic or Early Bronze Age date. It has been made from a tertiary flake (no cortex remaining on the dorsal surface) of dark greyish-brown flint. It is fresh and probably complete. Part of the bulb of percussion has been removed by retouch but the bulbar scar and clear ripples suggest the use of a hard hammer. Flint scraper, produced on a long, tertiary flake. The dorsal face has four long, thin flaking scars. The ventral face has a prominent bulb, but the striking platform is missing due to retouch. The right edge of the ventral face has sporadic low angle, very short, subparallel retouch. The upper right edge of the dorsal face has semi-abrupt, short, scaled retouch. This continued around the ventral end, becoming more abrupt here. The lower left edge of the dorsal face also has semi-abrupt, short, scaled retouch.
