An unidentified lead object, possible pilgrim badge, but purpose unknown.  The object is ovate in shape with a worn break at one end, and a fold at roughly 90 degrees at the other. Above this fold flanking either side are two 'arms' or roughly 1cm in width folded flat into the centre of the object. The reverse of the object is convex with a smooth surface. There is no decoration visible on the object.

A copper alloy stud with a round, flat head and the stump of an integral round-sectioned shank on the reverse. There is a collar at the end of the shank which terminates in a break. A complete cast, lead probable weight of unknown date.  The object is circular in plan, the upper surface is slightly convex, the reverse side is flat and it is D-shaped in cross section. There is pitting and scratches on the upper surface.  The object has a mid-grey patina. The diameter of the weight is 73.26mm, it is 16.01mm thick and it weighs 456 grams (1lb). Lead weights are difficult to date and the weight could date because they are found in contexts from the Roman to Post-Medieval period.
