A fragment from an ornate rectangular double looped buckle probably dating from c.AD 1350-1700. Only the outer edge of the narrow frame survives. The frame fragment is rectangular in section and has what would have been a long edge that is narrower than the outer edge. A fragment from a Roman hair pin. The shaft is truncated by a transverse break. This is circular in cross section and then at its top has moulded decoraton. This begins with four transverse raised collars each sepereated by a gouge, above this is then a pear shaper knop at thet of which is a smaller collar and projecting D-shaped knop. The pin is an orange brown colour. The pin is 27.3mm long, 6.4mm wide, and weighs 3.20 grams. There are several similar pins illustrated by Cool (1990: figs 2.13, 3.9, and 4.5).

The foot and catchplate of a cast copper alloy Roman bow brooch. The pin, head and upper portion of the bow, are missing to an old transverse break in the bow. The bow is thick but rectagnular in cross section. An incomplete cast copper alloy Roman key. The key has a oval bow set at right angles to a simple rectangular bit, and with a hollow-ended shank. The bow aperture is mushroom or pelta shaped. A fragment from a probable Late Bronze Age spearhead only the tip survives. It is triangular in plan being truncated by a transverse break. It is a lozenge shape in cross section and has a medium brown patina. It is 44.7mm long, 20.3mm wide, 11.2mm thick and weighs 8.30 grams. Too little of the spearhead survives to assign a type to this fragment. The light weight may imply this is also a modern rail fitting.

A cast lead alloy Medieval button dating to c.AD 1300-1550. This button has a slightly bent profile and a wide diameter, with two central holes set in a circular recess. These are now filled with soil. This artefact has a few surface marks and an even grey surface patina. The button is 24.29mm in diameter, 3.02mm thick and weighs 12.07 grams. The obverse carries a crown within a wire line circle, surrounded by the legend AVE MARIA GRACIA PL ERA DN On the reverse is a double-voided cross fleuretty within a double tressure of four arches. A Medieval - Post Medieval crudely cast, lead alloy large sized, uniface token of Powell type 3 The token is roughly circular in plan, sub-rectangular in cross section with a raised design of a 8 spokes extending from the centre of the token. There are two concentric raised borders also, one at the edge of the token and another about half way along its diameter. The reverse is flat and plain. The token is a medium grey colour. The token is 16.7mm in diameter, 1.8mm thick and weighs 3.52 grams. An incomplete copper alloy transverse wing terret dating to the Iron Age (c.100 cal BC - AD 100). About one third of the ring survives. An incomplete and warped copper alloy Buckle with integral plate probably a Spur Buckle dating to the Medieval period c. AD 1250 - 1400. The loop and pin are missing from the frame. The buckle would have had an oval loop which is now missing barring one bent oval cross sectioned arm. This attaches to a sub-rectangular plate, flat cross section, that is pierced by five circular (2.5mm diameter) hole.
