The fragment comprises the foot of a potleg, likely for a cooking vessel (74.5mm long, 27.9mm wide at the bottom of the foot, 33.7mm wide at the break, 15.1mm max depth). The potleg is sub-trapezoidal in section, reaching its widest point at the break and tapers gradually to the foot.
