Description: small copper-alloy penannular brooch with cast hoop of circular cross-section and tinned spatulate terminals. The pin-head is barrel moulded, of a type found on fifth- and sixth-century penannular brooches such as the example from Porth Dafarch, Anglesey. Roman copper alloy bow of Developed T-shaped type of T108 and of 2nd century AD date. The brooch is near-complete, missing the end of the pin (with a length of 45.5mm, a depth of 18.5mm and a weight of 12.4g). An incomplete cast copper alloy vessel mount, possibly a bucket escutcheon of (probably later) Iron Age to early Roman date (c. 150 BC-AD 100). The object is incomplete, missing part of the left attachment lobe and an uncertain length of the hooked rear projection. Attachment lug from a loop handle of a chafing dish and of late Medieval date, c. 15th or 16th century The attachment lug has lost the loop handle, which would have passed through the central perforation. The lug is has an overall length of 16.3mm and weighs 8.6g. The central perforation is oval (8.4mm x 6.4mm) and the sides of the loop are rounded (maximum width 16.0mm), while the outside-end is flat. The loop is of rectangular section (8.9mm thick). The integral attachment rivet is circular with a diameter of 8.6mm.
