Roman copper alloy penannular brooch of Fowler’s (1960) Type B (or ‘omega’ / Iberian type) and of sub-type B3, probably of c. mid 1st to early 2nd century AD date The brooch is fragmentary, but is complete except for the missing pin (with a width of 45mm, a height of 44mm and a weight of 14.2g). The hoop is of quadrangular section (having a width of 6.0mm and a thickness of 4.0mm) with rounded faces, faceted on the interior edge. Copper alloy zoomorphic figurine, probably a weight in the form of a horse, now damaged and incomplete, represented by the front of the animal (with a surviving length of 32.5mm, a maximum surviving height of 22.1mm and a weight of 20.4g). The legs of the horse survive as short stubs and are projecting forward, suggesting the horse may have been depicted running. The figurine has a maximum width across the shoulders of 10.0mm. Early Bronze Age flint barbed and tanged arrowhead dating from c. 2,500 – 2,000 BC The arrowhead appears complete but may have a damaged barb (with a length of 29.7mm, a width of 23.8mm, a thickness of 4.2mm and a weight of 2.6g). The arrowhead is made on a convex flake with only slight and marginal retouch on the ventral surface. The dorsal surface has been pressure-flaked. The flint is non-cortical and has patinated grey.

A late Roman copper alloy Grooved Collar, Variant 1 nail-cleaner The nail-cleaner was cast and is near-complete, missing the forked-end (with a distorted surviving length of 61.2mm and a weight of 4.0g). At the top of the shaft is a circular loop (5.6mm diameter loop with 2.8mm diameter perforation) through rectangular sectioned plate (1.4mm thick).
