Two rim fragments - one fragment has a rim form that is slightly expanded and rounded internally, the fragment is heavily sooted on the exterior, as is consistent with use as a cooking vessel. The other fragment has a more angular internal rim with less sooting evident on the exterior. Short and stumpy straight ridged leg, with central rib and two less pronounced side ribs. The top of the leg has an area of the vessel body attached. The leg has evidence of sooting, with an addition thick carbon deposit on the interior of the body.

Near complete copper alloy escutcheon from a hanging bowl or bucket, probably of Late Iron Age date, C. 50 BC to 100 AD. The escutcheon body is of globular form with an integral large incomplete loop, presumably to secure a handle. The body of the mount appears slightly domed, and is decorated with a motif consisting of two high raised moulded opposed semicircular arcs, with a slight break in-between the two. Curved cast bronze fragment, possibly a strap handle from a later prehistoric cauldron or metal vessel. The strap fragment has a little of the attachment plate surviving before two wide and rounded ribs. The strap is curved and would have secured the circular ring handle. Similar fittings can be found on the Llyn Fawr cauldrons and other sheet metal vessels from the Later Prehistoric period.

Fragment of a cast lead alloy (pewter) pot leg from a vessel such as a skillet, ewer or cauldron. The lower part of the leg and a central ridge survive. Pot legs of this type were used during the medieval and post-medieval periods; however, a close parallel, albeit cast in copper alloy, is provided by pot legs recovered from early sixteenth century deposits in Norwich (Margeson 1993, 93, no.565, fig.58). Length (minimum) 33mm, width 22mm, weight 23.0 grams.

Lead pot-mend? Lead or lead alloy waisted casting sub-circular in shape, dished on one face (20 x 15mm) and slightly domed on the other (26 x 18mm). Cast copper alloy ewer or laver spout of late Medieval date, probably dating from the 15-16th centuries. The spout is shaped in the form of a duck's head. Many ewer spouts are in the form of dog's heads such as the example recovered from Cardiff Castle (Lewis 1991, 4, fig. 8A), although duck head spouts have been recorded. The duck eyes are defined by an incised circular ring, the bill is open with a protruding short barrel emerging from the animal's mouth. The top of the animal's head is decorated with short incised lines at the centre and above the brows.
