Late medieval to post medieval copper alloy cooking vessel fragment, probably from a cauldron or skillet of 15th to 18th century date The vessel comprises a rim fragment from the vessel (59.3mm long, 30.2mm wide and 2.2mm thick). The rim was outcurved and suggests a vessel diameter of approximately 250mm. Sheet copper alloy plate (0.7mm thick) was secondarily riveted to the rim and is crudely worked.
