A near complete cast copper alloy and enamel Medieval harness pendant dating from 1200 to 1400 AD. The harness pendant is shield-shaped with an integrally cast loop; the front is decorated in relief blue enamel depicting a unicorn rampant.  The suspension loop is 8.5mm long with a loop hole (2.6mm in diameter) which is set 90 degrees from the shield.
