Copper alloy 'supporting-arm' brooch of Anglo-Saxon type, dating to the early to mid 5th century. This example is in good condition, although is somewhat corroded. It is missing the iron spring and pin, the turn of the catch and the rear of the side plates at the head.
The base of the foot projects slightly and is decorated with a lateral groove, together with a series of transverse notches. Roman copper alloy flat, enamelled disc brooch (triskele motif) of 2nd century AD date
The disc brooch is near-complete, with some peripheral damage (with a diameter of 19.7mm and weight of 4.8g). Roman copper alloy bow brooch of Hod Hill type and of 1st century AD date
The cast brooch is incomplete, missing the pin (with a length of 34.5mm, a depth of 9.1mm and a weight of 1.9g). The missing pin was hinged within the rolled head (with a 10.5mm and a diameter of 2mm) with some remnants of the iron axis bar remaining in place. An incomplete cast copper alloy brooch of late Roman or Early Medieval date. The brooch consists of the plate, knops, catchplate and hinge missing the pin.
The plate is sub-quatrefoil in plan with four integrally cast knops. The knops are slightly raised from the plate and are sub-oval in plan (4.8mm long and 2.5mm wide) with thick collars across the width forming a globular head at the top of each knop (c.2mm thick). A fragmentary copper alloy brooch dating to the Late Iron Age or Early Roman period (c. 50 BC to 70 AD). The brooch is a single fragment of the original object- the foot and pin are entirely absent, with only an incomplete section of bow and spring surviving. The bow is in the form of a strip ending in a transverse break, with parallel sides and small shoulders at the start of the spring. The outer surface of the bow has linear decoration. The brooch is of annular type and is complete but the pin is distorted (with a weight of 3.5g). The annular frame (with an external diameter of 26.9mm and internal 21.0mm) is of sub-rectangular section, with convex faces (1.7mm - 2.0mm thick and 2.4mm - 3.2mm wide). An incomplete cast copper alloy brooch of probable Hod Hill type (Mackreth 2011, type 10, see plate 96, No.9417), likely dating to the Roman Period (c. 43-70 AD). The allocation as Hod Hill type 10 (Mackreth 2011) is tentative and was decided based on the tapering bow with reeding running its full length, foot knop and upturned head. Strip bow (Durotrigan) brooches and many Aucissa brooches are also very similar to this brooch.

The brooch consists only of the foot, catchplate and central lobed boss of the brooch, which terminates at the top in a transverse break. An incomplete cast copper alloy button brooch of early early-medieval date (c. AD 480-550).
The brooch is circular in plan and slightly trapezoidal in cross-section with an upturned rim angled slightly outwards. The brooch face is set within the rim and depicts a highly stylised anthropomorphic mask with a pellet border. The eyebrows rise from the straight nose (6mm long) and curve in sweeping arches to extend just below the eyes, which are each single small round pellets.
