Copper Alloy belt mount of Post Medieval date, probably 17th century. The mount has an attachment loop at the top of a decorative, flat-bottomed heart shaped panel. The panel is decorated with scroll design and has an iron attachment rivet near the bottom of the panel. The bottom of the mount has a suspension loop on one side and a central rectangular opening framed by two bars with transverse grooves. The bottom cross bar rises with a U-shape, suggesting a fitting could be inserted into the recess.

Copper alloy fragmentary mount, probably an Early Medieval harness mount of c. 11th century date The mount is fragmentary, represented by a fragmentary loop, an arm with decorative boss and fragmentary plate (with a surviving length of 25.8mm and a weight of 7.4g). The loop edge is curved, suggesting a circular or oval loop. The sides of loop were of oval section (5.0mm x 2.0mm). Copper-alloy mini terret dating to the late Iron Age to early Roman period. External diameter 19mm-20mm, internal diameter 10mm-11mm, thickness 3-4.5mm, maximum width of connecting bar 5mm, weight 4.6g. Thicker at pseudo-terminals. no evidence for wear facets; surface slightly pitted and abraded (probably corrosion and modern cleaning). Plano-convex in cross section i.e not cast in the round. A one piece casting. Ring slightly widens towards terminal. Not a symmetrical casting.

Small cast copper alloy knobbed terret of late Iron Age/early Roman date, probably dating from the 1st century BC to the 1st Century AD. The terret is unusual in that the hoop size would suggest a mini-terret, but it does not carry the characteristic features of a pair of stops at either end of a short attachment bar. The interior of the hoop is oval and the hoop thickens along the attachment bar, giving the terret a ‘D’ shape in plan. Bronze developed flat axe (or flanged axe), probably of Type Glenalla (following Schmidt and Burgess 1981) or Class 4 (following Needham 1983; forthcoming) and dating to the Early Bronze Age, Period 3 (1950-1750 BC) (Needham 1996). The axehead is a small example with a length of 77.8mm, and is also comparatively slender with a width at the bevel of 19.9mm.
