Cast lead-alloy whistle in the shape of a pipe bowl, probably late 19th century in date. The pipe bowl is similar to clay pipe examples and is decorated with moulded decoration consisting of joined semicircles and small raised knops. The base of the bowl ends in a pointed spike. Casting flashes are prominent on both sides. Iron corrosion is evident on the rim, suggesting an iron collar. Fragment of a lead, or lead alloy (pewter), spoon handle. The terminal is decorated with a set of double concentric ring and dot motifs. Enough of the terminal remains to suggest that it was of the dog-nose form typical of the eighteenth century. Length (minimum) 37mm, width (maximum) 26mm, thickness 3mm, weight 12.3 grams.

Recorded at the Hidden Treasure Finds Day at National Museums & Galleries of Wales. Spoon-handle of lead alloy or pewter of Post Medieval date, probably dating to the 17th or early 18th century. The spoon has corroded, but would have had a rounded expanded terminal and is flat. The front of the spoon carries cast ornament depicting a crowned head above a vine scroll along the stem of the spoon. The rear has a cast cross, before the letter ā€˜Wā€™.

Cast lead alloy strap hooked fitting of early Post Medieval date, and probably dating from the late 16th or early 17th century. The mount is likely to have been associated with a sword belt and is gently convex in profile. The rear has two integral rivets for attachment to the strap. The front is crudely decorated with cast ornament consisting of a raised border around a circular panel and two irregular openings flanking a raised ā€˜Vā€™ at the base. The hook is outward-turning and is of circular section.

Cast head of a lead alloy dress pin, probably of 16th or 17th century date. The pinhead stylistically resembles the silver gilt dress-pins, but is made in a cheaper metal. The pinhead is made up of two zones divided by a single band. The decoration consists of the granules within a larger circular border. The remains of the iron pin shaft is visible at the base of the head.

An incomplete lead alloy Post Medieval possible dagger chape dating to c. AD 1500-1700. The object comprises of a single sheet fragment sub-triangular in plan and flat in section. The surface is decorated with a nature motif within a 2mm wide border depicting various floral designs including a small four-petaled flower at one end. The reverse is flat and undecorated. The object is light-mid grey in colour and measures 36.9mm in length, 24.5mm in width at the wide end and 10.33mm at the narrow end, is 1.2mm thick and weighs 5.65g.

The button is incomplete, missing the loop (with a surviving depth of 4.6mm and a weight of 5.0g) and is of circular, flat form (with a diameter of 18.4mm - 18.9mm and a thickness of 2.9mm) with integral cast loop, now lost. The rear of the button is flat with the stubs from the missing loop. The face is decorated with a moulded geometric ornament comprising a raised border four convex arcs. Within the arcs, adjacent to the edge is moulded hatching. The central area is without decoration. The surface has a pale-grey patina.
