A copper alloy Medieval French jetton of Charles VI of France dating AD 1380-1422. The jetton is of Sheild of France Modern type, as Mitchener (1998) no. 449. The jetton is near complete, with a small bent and cracked section of edge.
Obverse: Shield of France Modern, pellet above and to side of each shield.
Obverse Legend: AVE MAR[IA] GRACIA
Reverse: Tressure around triple stranded cross flueretty with quatrefoil in centre, rosettes in angles
