An incomplete copper alloy Medieval seal matrix of 13th century date. The seal matrix is complete except for its top end point, suspension loop and raised reverse rib. This large seal matrix is of flat type and is pointed oval (vesica) in plan, though missing the upper point to damage. The reverse of the matrix is flat and undecorated, with a central solder scar 56.2mm long from the broken edge representing where the raised rib has detached. A complete Medieval copper alloy buckle, dating from c. AD 1250 to 1400. The buckle frame is circular in plan and measures 41.69mm in diameter. In cross section, the frame is oval and has no constriction for the pin, it measures 4.78mm wide and 4.22mm deep. The pin is oval in cross section and has an open loop attaching it to the frame. It is 46.31mm long and 4.75mm wide, narrowing to 3.71mm, and ending in a blunt point. The buckle has a grey patina with areas of blackening and pale copper-green corrosion.

A complete trade weight, of probable Medieval to Post Medieval date. The object is circular in plan, measuring 31.22mm in diameter. It has one decorated face, with an indistinct design, the reverse face has a circular depression which creates a raised rim. The sides are of variable height ranging from 6.27 mm to 7.61mm. The object has an overall light to mid-grey colour with some areas of cream patina.

A fragmentary cast copper alloy fragment, possibly of Late Medieval date (c.15th-16th century AD). The fragment is a piece of a rim from a large cauldron measuring 11.6mm long x 7.9mm wide x 27.4mm-25.4mm thick. The rim has a very slightly expanded lip on the inside surface before tapering slightly to the edge and the outer surface is flat with no traces of decoration surviving. An incomplete cast copper alloy strap end of Medieval date (c.AD 1390-1410). The object is a belt chape consisting of half of the plate, waist and damaged ‘lyre-shaped’ openwork terminal (overall length 55.5mm, max width 39.3mm, thickness 5.7mm). The plate is sub-rectangular in plan and rectangular in section. The obverse is decorated with a moulded border enclosing an incised linework motif, probably representing the monogram ‘ihs’ (abbreviation for Jesus Christ).
