An incomplete copper alloy Roman sestertius of Commodus (AD 175-192). Reverse depicts Roma, helmeted and draped, seating left on shield, holding a spear in the left hand and Victory in her extended right hand. The coin is very corroded and has lost much of its rim, only part of the obverse inscription can be seen and none of the reverse inscription. Possible matches are RIC III Commodus 369, 401c, and 445.

Roman copper alloy bow brooch of Aucissa or derivative type and of 1st century AD date The cast brooch is incomplete, missing the pin and catch-plate (with a length of 52.3mm, a depth of 8.9mm and a weight of 2.2g). The missing pin was hinged with in a rolled-head, now damaged (with a width of 13.7mm) and with a central slot for the pin. A near complete copper alloy and glass mirror case of Medieval date (c. 1270-1350 AD). The mirror case is fused shut, missing some of the rim and part of the double lugged catch.  Both circular lids have perforated lugs at opposite sides. One lid has the broken stump of a suspension loop set at 90 degrees to the lugs, measuring 3.6mm thick, 2.2mm wide, and 3.5mm long. Each lid has a double and a single lug at opposite ends. A near complete copper alloy acorn shaped harness mount of Post Medieval date (likely 17th century). The mount is made of slightly domed rounded sheet with two integral spikes projecting from the concave reverse. The spikes are bent to secure them to the harness. The mount is in the form of a stylised acorn in low relief, with slight cross hatching on the cup and a moulded stalk. The allocation as Hod Hill type 10 (Mackreth 2011) is tentative and was decided based on the tapering bow with reeding running its full length, foot knop and upturned head.
