The ampulla has a length of 53.4mm and a weight of 75.5g. The mouth is open and has a width of 27.4mm. The ampulla has a maximum thickness at the open mouth of 14.3mm. Medieval lead alloy strap-end, probably of late 14th or 15th century date The strap-end is of hollow-ended type, with a cast front plate and sheet back plate. The sheet back plate has been lost. The strap-end has an overall length of 51.5mm, a maximum width at the attachment edge of 26.3mm and a weight of 13.6g. Lead spindle-whorl probably of late medieval to post medieval date The spindle-whorl is of rounded biconical form with a diameter of 18.3mm and a height of 10.2mm. The central perforation has a diameter of 8.5mm and the spindle-whorl weighs 13.0g. No decoration is evident on the whorl, although the surface is eroded. The sides are concave, producing a minimum diameter of 12.2mm). One of the faces has the suggestion of an incised design, possibly a star within a circular border. The weight weighs 25.0g, which is equivalent to 0.885oz. The weight is not diagnostic and is difficult to date the weight of 25.0g is broadly consistent with a 1oz weight of Medieval and post medieval systems.

Lead, or lead alloy, waste 'header' from casting shot. There are eight separate runners spaced at 10mm intervals. Post-medieval. Length 63mm, weight 14.8 grams. Musket shot were usually centrally produced and supplied to troops; however, shortages often led to the production of local shot and a bullet mould was often supplied with a gun as a standard piece of equipment (Courtney 1988,3).
