Polished bone point, probably of medieval or post-medieval date. The implement is sub-rectangular in profile, with curved sides and flat faces. The tool tapers gently along its length, with a more pronounced taper and rounded profile near the tip. The end of the implement has been shaped to a diagonal. The point of the pin is missing, with a recent break. One of the faces displays a more porous bone structure, representing the inner face of the bone.
