An incomplete Post Medieval gold ring, dating from the mid-18th, to mid-19th century, c.1750 to 1850. The ring has a fluted bezel which is formed around the ring’s hoop. The bezel is crushed and the stone is no longer present. The bezel measures 3.39mm high, 6.11mm wide and 2.77mm deep. The ring hoop has a current outer diameter (excluding bezel) of 15.83mm and an inner diameter of 13.65mm, it is circular in cross section. An incomplete copper alloy Medieval seal matrix of 13th century date. The seal matrix is complete except for its top end point, suspension loop and raised reverse rib. This large seal matrix is of flat type and is pointed oval (vesica) in plan, though missing the upper point to damage. A complete Medieval copper alloy buckle, dating from c. AD 1250 to 1400. The buckle frame is circular in plan and measures 41.69mm in diameter. In cross section, the frame is oval and has no constriction for the pin, it measures 4.78mm wide and 4.22mm deep. The pin is oval in cross section and has an open loop attaching it to the frame. It is 46.31mm long and 4.75mm wide, narrowing to 3.71mm, and ending in a blunt point. The buckle has a grey patina with areas of blackening and pale copper-green corrosion.

A denarius of Carausius dating to the period AD 286 to 293 (Reece Period 14), PAX AVG, Pax standing left with branch and vertical sceptre. Unattributed mint. The obverse legend is likely to be [IMP CAR]AVSIVS P F AVG which equates to RIC V, pt 2, Carausius 719.  This is the third example of this particular type in Sam Moorhead's corpus for the new RIC on Carausius, but has no die-links with the other coins. A fragment of a copper alloy unidentified artefact, possibly a brooch, and Roman in age. The fragment has a hollow back and iron corrosion which resembles springs, this is at the widest point of the object (10.8mm). The sides then taper to a width of 1.7mm, the narrowest point in the fragment, right above the flared foot (3.8mm). On the front of the object, at the centre of the widest point, there are the remains of a stud where a vertical line coming from the foot and a horizontal line meet. The fragment has a rough green and purple patina, and signs of iron corrosion on the back.
