Bi-facially worked flint with the beginnings of pressure flaking scars along two edges on one face. The piece seems to have been subjected to thinning on the ventral face and retouch on the dorsal face. There is a possibility the piece is an unfinished arrowhead of barbed and tanged type (c.2500-1000BC) or an arrowhead of triangular form. There is a further possibility the piece is a crudely finished broken arrowhead.

Near complete small Early Bronze Age flint barbed and tanged arrowhead, probably dating from between 2300 to 1500BC. The arrowhead has patinated a pale blue-white colour. The tip is missing, and was broken in antiquity, as evidenced by patination over the break. The missing tip may be the result of impact through use of the arrowhead. The tang has a squared end and extends beyond the barbs. The barbs are pointed and one has suffered some recent damage.
