A complete or near complete copper alloy Late La Tène (Type III) brooch of Iron Age date (c.50 BC to 50 AD). Probably Nauheim derivative type. The spring consists of four coils, two either side of the top of the bow and joined by an internal chord. The two pin side coils are slightly larger and project higher than the other half of the spring. The pin is bent and missing the majority of its length. An incomplete copper alloy disc brooch of Roman date (c. AD 80-250). The brooch consists of a 1.6mm thick cast circular copper alloy plate with two integral lugs on the reverse. The brooch is decorated on its obverse with a design of a twelve-pointed star or sunburst, with a dot at the base of each point. The star sits in a field of blue enamel, the star itself is filled in with brick red enamel. An incomplete copper alloy and iron buckle of Post-Medieval date (c. 1650-1720). The double looped rounded trapezoidal frame (32.6mm long, 20.1mm wide) is symmetrical apart from a notch for the pin. Decorative mouldings are visible on the frame where holes have been drilled to insert the iron bar holding the anchor shaped attachment bar (25.5mm long, 14.3mm wide) and the now absent pin. An incomplete copper alloy strap end of Medieval date (AD 1250-1400). The strap end is made of a single rectangular plate with the fold having been broken and lost sometime in antiquity. The corrosion masks any possible surface decoration, but strap ends of similar shape and size are recorded in Egan and Pritchard 2008 no.749 with punched decoration. The strap end is undecorated on both sides. The object is a medium green patina and measures 15.9mm in length, 11.4mm width, 3.3mm thickness and weighs 1.32g. A parallel is illustrated in Egan and Pritchard 2008 no.601 p.131.

An incomplete copper alloy or base silver contemporary copy of a silver post-medieval shilling of Charles I (1625-1649). Uncertain type and initial mark, London mint 1625-1649. The coin is missing much of its edge and is bent and broken through the centre of the coin. This suggests that it might have been deliberately snapped to take it out of circulation when it was discovered to be a counterfeit.
