Copper alloy pin of uncertain date, possibly Early Medieval, c. 8th or 9th century The pin is incomplete, missing much of the shaft and is heavily corroded (with a surviving length of 35.4mm and a weight of 8.9g). The pin head is now worn and rounded (19.9mm long and 15.1mm maximum width) but may originally have been of faceted polyhedral form.
