A medieval silver short-cross penny of John (1299-1216) or Henry (1216-1272), Class 6b2-6d, moneyer Henri, struck at Canterbury in 1213-1218 (North 975/2-977). The coin is heavily encrusted with a thick layer of silver chloride, which obscures many of the details.
