The reported object is a small spherical bell made of silver sheet, in two hemispheres joined at the waist. It is complete, retaining a small figure-of-eight/S-shaped wire suspension link on its loop. A small silver annular brooch. The circular frame is circular in cross-section, and one side (the front) is decorated with two clusters of transverse grooves filled with niello. The wrap-around head of the pin secure it to the annular frame of the brooch, is lightly wider (2mm) than the shaft (width 1mm).
