Incomplete, cast copper alloy rowel spur. The horizontally straight sides, D-shaped in section, taper from the neck of the spur towards the terminal. One arm is broken halfway along its length, the other is complete but has a damaged terminal. Enough of the terminal remains to suggest that it was originally formed by two rings, set like a figure-of-eight, equally above and below the front of the spur side.
