Post medieval lead alloy smoking pipe or possibly a candle snuffer, probably of 18th century date The pipe has an overall length of 44.3mm and has a weight of 25.5g. The mouth of the piece is distorted and is now oval with an external length of 23.7mm and a width of 15.7mm (13.9 x 9.4mm internal). The mouth has moulded decoration comprising short vertical ribs. The outside of the bowl has four decorative horns and there is a single larger horn between the bowl and stem. Ten copper halfpence of which seven certainly of William III (1694-1701) and the others probably the same reign. Two are dated 1698 and 1699; remaining dates illegible. All of these coins show a good deal of circulation wear and it is likely that the group was lost or deposited during the middle or later years of the eighteenth century.

Post Medieval copper alloy asymmetrical buckle, probably of 17th century date The buckle is concave in profile with one rounded and one straight edge. The buckle frame has a length of 25.73mm, a width of 20.40mm and a depth of 6.99mm. The buckle employed a chape, wrapped around the integral bar with a slot to take the pin Iron corrosion around the slot suggests an iron pin. The terminal of the chape has been lost. The outside edges of the buckle are likely to have carried moulded decoration now lost. The buckle has a pale green surface and weighs 5.2g.

Decorative finger ring. The hoop is of flattened D cross-section, and has an internal diameter of 19mm. The outer surface is decorated with plain narrow diagonal bands separated by lines of beading. The band width is 4.7mm; weight 4.6g. The ring, which has unevenly worn inner and outer surfaces, has not undergone any cleaning or conservation.

Post Medieval copper alloy buckle of 17th century date The buckle is of rectangular double-framed form and is complete (less the pin), but has broken with a length of 47.3mm and a width of 31.21mm. Both outer edges and the central area, above the bar, are decorated with trefoil knops. The buckle weighs 6.8g and has poor surface preservation with a mid-green patina.

Post Medieval copper alloy belt fitting of Post Medieval date, c. 16th century The fitting is looped and damaged with a surviving length of 38.99mm and is likely to have originally had three loops. The belt fitting has three perforations surviving across its centre with an iron attachment pin surviving in one of the perforations. The fitting has broken across one of the perforations. The fitting has a width of 29.92mm including the surviving loop which has an internal diameter of 6.2mm. Post Medieval lead casting of uncertain function The object is a solid casting with an overall length of 69.06mm and weighing 161.5g. The piece is of oval section (maximum thickness 15.77mm) with straight parallel sides (29.26mm wide) and a rounded base. The top has a central irregular perforation (16mm long, 5.8mm wide and 4.7mm deep). Below the rim on both faces, is a decorative rectangular panel comprising a prominent horizontal rib at the top and a central raised knop. Inside the panel is a faint moulded scroll. Post Medieval fob seal matrix, probably of mid to late 18th century date. The fob seal is sub-rectangular (12.0 x 9.6mm) and is 5.7mm thick, weighing 1.6g. The rear of the frame is domed with a central piercing to take the fob chain. The intaglio is secured in a gold frame with claw grips. The intaglio is made from black glass, or possibly a stone. At the centre is the carving of a bust of a male figure.

Post Medieval fitting from a firearm of late17th or 18th century date. Ramrod pipe or holder with an overall length of 86.0mm. The pipe has a pointed tongue that would have abutted the stock. The tongue is decorated with a stepped chevron and circular moulding. The pipe is tapering and has an internal diameter of 9.0mm at the rear and 7.5mm at front. The top has a perforated lug (14 x 3mm). The pipe weighs 15.5g.

A copper alloy post-medieval love token made from a halfpenny of William III to George III dating to 1695-1772. Almost all details of the original coin have been worn away, but it is possible to see a faint outline of the bust on the obverse. At the centre of the obverse is engraved an A with a heart above it. The token was found with two lead alloy discs.
