Polished stone axehead recorded at the Hidden Treasure Finds Day at the National Museum & Gallery, Wales. The axe is complete and is a comparatively large example. Evidence of shaping via pecking is evident over areas of the axe, particularly around the sides of the face. The remainder of the faces are polished. Neolithic or Early Bronze Age flint leaf arrowhead, probably dating from between 3500 and 1500 BC. The arrowhead is small and squat and is triangular in form. It is made on an unpatinated pale grey flake, which is slightly curved along its length. The arrowhead has been bi-facially worked, but one face has only received only light working. Green's (1985) typology defines the arrowhead as a type 4A.
