An incompete and completely worn post medieval silver coin. Judging by the size it is most likely a halfgroat of either Mary (1553-1558) or Elizabeth I (1558-1603). The edges of the coin are rough and broken and both faces have been completely worn. One face presents FF stamped near the centre.

Obverse:- Portrait of James II facing left, beaded border at rim. Legend around 'IACOBVS II DEI GRATIA'. Reverse:- A crown and crossed sceptres, the denomination 'XXX' and date '1690' above. Ornate J and R to either side, month 'May' below. Legend around '[MAG] BR FRA ET HIB REX'.

Cast lead token dating to the Post-Medieval period (1500-1700). The object is circular in plan. On one side of the object a crude linear cross is inscribed. The lines of the cross are irregular resulting in four uneven quarters. The other surface has no visible markings. It is very worn and is corroded. The object has a mid-grey patina.
