The object is trapezoidal in plan and rectangular in section and is formed made up of two sheets connected by two rivets that are in line towards the bottom of the plate. A silver medieval farthing of John, class 5b-c, dating to 1205-1210. Uncertain moneyer, Norwich or Northampton mint. The coin is heavily damaged, missing the upper right quarter of the flan when viewed from the obverse, and much of the bottom right quarter as well. The legend of the obverse is no longer present, and little detail can be made of the bust apart from the central beard pellet and hair curls. The reverse legend reads: ‘NO’ suggesting Norwich or Northampton and thus likely class 5b-c Dimensions: Diameter 18.1mm, Weight 0.75g.

A complete copper alloy buckle dating to the medieval to post medieval period (c.AD 1350-1650). The buckle has an annular frame with a D-shaped section; a strap bar is centred across the frame. The pin is iron and partially survives as the loop that attached the pin to the frame. The frame is worn and corroded, no decorative details are clear. The object has a mid green patina.
