A Roman copper alloy disc brooch with six lobes and enamelled decoration. The brooch appears to have been cast in one piece. The six lobes are solid and do not appear to have originally held inlaid enamel or glass. There is a central raised section that is recessed to contain the enamel decoration (diameter: 14.77 mm). Most of the enamel is missing, but the decoration appears to comprise a pale blue background with inlaid yellow dots around the edge. A Medieval copper alloy foot probably from a casket (probably 14th century). The stylised foot is cast with fivesplayed toes. At the top of the ankle there is a flat, horizontal tab with a central circular perforation and file marks on the upper surface. A square-section tenon rises vertically from the top of the ankle. The copper alloy has a dark green patina. The foot is similar in style to those on a 14th century ivory casket in The Museum Boymans-van Beuningen, Rotterdam (Vreeken 1994:143). A Post Medieval lead alloy toy watch modified to be a whirligig or buzz-wheel dating to the 18th century. The whirligig has been made from the circular dial plate of a toy pocket watch. The dial plate has a circumferential groove which encloses the chapter ring which is marked with engraved Roman hour numerals I-XII and slashes to indicate the half-hours. The circular pits have been hand-drilled in regular circumferential lines and none of the pits have been drilled completely through illustrating the high quality of this thimble.
