An cinomplete Roman copper-alloy Colchester derivative brooch of Mackreths Nene Valley group, dating to c.AD 60 - 150. Mackreth 2011, pl. 58, no. 2397, a CD H 6. The wings and upper bow remain, the lower bow, catchplate and pin are missing. The enclosed tubular wings appear to have iron corrosion from the pin. Below sits the triangular upper bow, the front is decorated with a boarder of dots. The bow terminates in an old worn break. Length: 26.07 mm Width: 26.77 mm Weight: 4.66 g A more complete parallel for this brooch is recorded under NMS-0761F5

Medieval copper alloy heraldic harness pendant, 34mm in length, 21mm wide and 2mm thick with a weight of 4.07grams. The object is scutiform with a rectangular cross section. It is in poor condition with incomplete edges and has an incomplete suspension loop emerging from the centre of its straight upper edge. The pendant has a raised area of white enamel in the form of a lion/big cat which is crouching left and has a very long tail.

Copper alloy medieval buckle. The frame is sub-oval in form with a small protruding lip in the centre of the outer edge. At the other end is a simple integral forked spacer comprising two long, tapering prongs, one of which is missing the tip. In the centre of these a simple chape made from wire is wrapped around. It survives in good condition. A similar example can be seen in the Meols report (Griffith's et al. 2007, p.93, no,604) and is dated to the late 14th/early 15th century. Roman copper alloy sitting bird brooch. It shows a heavily stylised duck like bird with a small head and circular recesses for eyes and a pointed beak. The body is triangular, with a semi-circular sectioned and tapering tail. The brooch is solid with a flat underside to which is attached a single loop, positioned under the birds fore body. Under the birds tail are the remains of two small loops, presumably to hold a spring bar with the loop acting as a catch plate? Medieval? copper alloy annular brooch pin, 31mm long, 8mm wide and 5mm thick. The object is in fair condition and weighs 1.75grams. It consists of a circular sectioned pin which has a wide protruding sub oval collar. Above this is are the remains of a circular loop which would have held the pin onto the brooch. Both the loop and the pin are damaged.

Post medieval copper alloy dress hook, 31mm long, 17mm wide and 2mm thick. The object is in fair condition and weighs 2.02grams. The object has a sub rectangular form with a semi-circular sectioned hook projecting from its base. The main plate is rectangular and is decorated with a central V shaped depression with two small circles above it. This is flanked by two open circles projecting from each side for fitting.

Unidentified copper alloy mount, 30mm long, 8mm wide and 6mm thick. The object is fragmentary but in fair condition and weighs 15.55grams. The object has a circular collar (15mm in diameter) underneath which are the remains of a circular sectioned shaft. Above the collar the object has two bars set at an angle (resembling a V). Each shaft has an hexagonal section and has also snapped off.
