A fragment of Medieval to Post Medieval cast copper-alloy cauldron dating from c.AD 1200 - 1700. The fragment is possibly part of a vessel foot. It is trapezoidal in profile with a slight bend and triangular in section, it is undecorated.

An incomplete copper alloy small-long brooch dating to the early medieval period (c. AD 450-600).
The brooch has a cruciform head with three semi-circular projections, around a central square plate. The semi-circular arched bow projects from below the plate. The foot is broken c.10 mm below the bow, and the terminal is now lost. At the back of the central plate there is a rounded lug, now iron-corroded, which would have held the pin. At the back of the foot is a projecting rectangular tab, which would have formed a catchplate.

An incomplete Roman copper-alloy plate brooch, dating to c.AD 200 - 350. The brooch is oval in plan and incomplete, the rear of the brooch has retained a catchplate and supporting lugs for the now missing pin. The centre of the front of the brooch houses a piece of possibly dark blue conical glass. Around the central setting has a recessed oval field, decorated with repeating curved lines. The front of the brooch has retained traces of gilding.

A fragment of Early Medieval Anglo-Saxon small-long brooch, dating to AD 450 - 550. The brooch fragment consists of the head and upper bow, the lower bow catchplate and pin are missing. The head plate of the brooch comprises of a central rectangular panel, which is undecorated, three cresentic knops project from the head, one at the top and one at both sides. Projecting from the base of the head is a rectangular bow, this projects in a C-shaped arch and terminates in an old break. The underside of the head retains an attachment for the pin.

Description: A gold finger-ring of possible Late Medieval to Post Medieval date, circa AD 1400-1800.
The finger ring has a circular shaped hoop. The band is ‘D’ shaped in cross section with a flat inner surface and convex outer surface. There is a central larger collet with a smaller collet either side, presumably to hold semi-precious stones. The stones are missing, and the collets have now been flattened.
