Copper alloy late Iron Age brooch fragment, Birdlip type (also called beaked bow). Missing spring, pin and lower bow including most of the catchplate. Large trumpet head with a central low relief teardrop shaped moulding and prominent partial hemispherical mouldings on each side. At the base of the trumpet a strong triple transverse moulding, extending as a single rib around the back and flanked at the front by single lower ribs. Copper alloy disc brooch, Hattatt's "umbonate" type with triangular cells. Missing part of pin only. Pin hinged on two close set lugs. Above the hinge the headloopis very worn. The other projections - one small one each side and one at foot - are flat backed knobs. The centre of the disc has a dot and circle motif; around this two rows of fourteen triangles, both alternating red and blue enamel, and a deep outer channel. Length 32.5mm, disc diameter 23.5mm, height 6mm. As Hattatt no 128.

Copper alloy brooch, Colchester derivative double lug type. Missing pin, catchplate and probably lower part of the bow. Spring very corroded, at least 7 turns. No decoration on the wings nor the bow. The bow is D-sectioned and tapering to a point. Surviving length 31mm, width 20mm. Similar to Hacheston pubn no 106 but larger and more humped in profile like an example from Withersfield (WTH 004).

Copper alloy brooch, Colchester derivative double lug, Harlow type. Complete except for pin, bent, damage on mid bow. 16-turn spring. Two grooves at wing terminals. D-section bow with strong centre rib on upper bow; there are also stepped areas at the edges of the top of the bow where it joins the wings, which continues as marginal grooves on the lower bow. The centre rib is replaced by grooves on the lower bow. The foot is marked by a cross rib flanked by grooves; the rib extends around the bottom of the catchplate. Catchplate has a pin groove and a single hole, double triangle shaped. Surviving length 19mm. As Hacheston (HCH 001) publication no. 91 but with a more slender bow.
