Cast copper alloy strap fitting (belt mount) of probable post-medieval date (1500-1700). The strap fitting is circular in plan and domed (convex) in profile; the edges are bevelled. The overall decorative design is that of a flower with the central boss being cast as the centre of the flower from which a series of D shaped petals radiate to form a slightly serrated edge to the fitting. An incomplete and worn copper-alloy double-looped strap fitting of probable Post-Medieval date, circa AD 1500-1800. The fitting comprises a central rectangular bar with three circular iron rivets, the central rivet hole is larger than the two either side of it. The rivets can be seen from the opposing face. Attached either side of this rectangular bar is an expanded circular loop. The loops have a flat outer edge that extends beyond the width of the loop. The strap fitting is irregular in plan (being broadly oval) and domed (convex) in profile; the edges are bevelled / faceted. The overall decorative design consists of two lobes which conjoin at the midpoint. Each lobe is decorated with a central boss which is enclosed with a series of smaller raised pellets arranged in an annulet / ring.
