Silver Shilling of Edward VI. Initial mark; Y. Date; 1551. The coin has been peirced through the right hand side of the obverse, close to the central bust and obliterating the X in the value. The coin has been pierced from the obverse and the edges of the hole on the reverse have been trimmed.
