Record ID: HESH-AEB335
Object type: UNIDENTIFIED OBJECT
Broad period: POST MEDIEVAL
County: Oxfordshire
Workflow stage: Published
Object of star form, irregularly-shaped, made from thin silver sheet with pointed ends of which one appears to have been broken off. On one side, crude scratchmarks in form of a cross; on the other an impressed circle.
The object is undiagnostic and appears to have been made as an offcut in silver sheet after other circular objects have been made around it. It is not therefore possible to date it.
