Silver Penny of Edward I struck at Kingston upon Hull between 1299 and 1301. The coin is relatively heavy for an Edwardian Sterling and has been double struck. The style of the crown suggests Class 9b2 according to Withers which is a further subdivision of the North class 9b (1037/1).
