Mint of Rome. RIC III, p. 184, no. 1322. This is a coin of British Association, struck in Rome for issue in Britain, as listed by D. Walker in his study of the Sacred Spring in Bath (Walker 1988, pp. 295, 299, nos. 382-435, pl. XXXVIII).
